Adgreements was built to streamline the entire event agreements process starting with a super easy schedule builder. Coaches can submit schedules, or a single user can run the show alone. Our directory is up to date with every school’s facilities, division, conference and coach information. No more looking for information, we’ve got you covered.

Adgreements combines the confirmation and agreement generation process into a single step. A simple click of a button will confirm a single event, generate, and send an agreement with your AD’s signature to the correct contact of your opponent. You never have to track down old agreements to find out who at your opponents schools is responsible for event agreements.

Now that your agreements have been sent out, our system will track the process and notify you when an agreement has been returned. Better yet, all confirmed away events send a reminder to the home team that the ball is in their court to send you over an agreement. Whenever that happens, you are notified that you have an agreement awaiting your signature.

Use our easy signature capture to handwrite or type signatures directly onto agreements. Users will have the ability to link an e-signature to their accounts for automated signing of memorandum of agreements.
